What materials can you 3D print?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and carbon fiber reinforced filaments on the FDM side, plus SLA resin for high-detail parts. If your project needs something outside that list, ask and we will tell you straight whether we can run it.
Can you 3D print carbon fiber parts?
We print carbon fiber reinforced filaments regularly for jigs, fixtures, brackets, and end-use hardware. The parts come out stiff, light, and dimensionally stable.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF files all work. If you have something else, send it anyway and we will tell you whether we can use it.
I do not have a 3D model. Can you still help?
We offer design help that turns an idea, a sketch, or a physical sample into a printable file. Describe what you need in the quote form and we will scope the design work alongside the print quote.
Do you offer white label 3D printing?
We produce, package, and ship under your brand, so nothing your customer receives has our name on it.
Can you ship 3D printed products directly to my customers?
We drop ship directly to your customers with tracking, or send bulk shipments to your warehouse, whichever fits how you sell.
Do you handle both prototypes and production runs?
We do both, and most projects move from one to the other. You can prototype a part with us in small quantities, then scale it to production without switching suppliers.
Do you offer 3D printing services in Kelowna?
Our print farm is in Kelowna, British Columbia. We work with local Okanagan businesses as well as clients across Canada and internationally.
Do you ship across Canada and internationally?
We ship from Kelowna to anywhere in Canada and to most international destinations. Everything is packed in house and sent with tracking.

Every job is quoted with a clear timeline, and most quotes go out within one business day. Production time depends on part size, material, and quantity, and the date in your quote is the one we hold ourselves to.
How does payment work for businesses?
We invoice registered businesses, and net terms are available for repeat clients. One-off orders are payable on approval of the quote.
